International Mom Texts
Currently, my mom is in France. She got the international plan on her phone so that we can still text each other. It’s like 20-40 cents a text, not too bad. I thought it was pretty amusing when my mom sent me a text saying:
“Hi.”
Think that’s worth 40 cents? However, she beat her own hilarious-ness by her most recent text (WHILE being in Omaha Beach, where the Allies invaded German-occupied France and many Americans were killed):
“Who stars in something about mary guy”
Oh mom how I love thee!
